What we sell
Cloud servers, in five families: Lite for most things, Traffic Lite for heavy traffic, Vault for storage, Forge for GPU work, and the Forever Keep you pay for once. Every plan costs the same in every country we offer it in.
Billing is prepaid. You add funds in crypto, servers draw from that balance by the hour, and the monthly price is a cap, not a minimum. If your bill is ever higher than our pricing calculator showed for the same plan and hours, we refund the difference.
Who it is for
People who need a server in a particular country, want to pay without a card, and want a bill they can predict to the cent: developers, people running a VPN, a node or a game server for friends, small teams moving off a host that asked for too much paperwork. If you need a phone line, an account manager or a signed contract today, we are not the right host yet.
What we promise, and what we don’t
- We ask for an email address, a password and your country, for VAT. Not your name, address, phone number or ID.
- Money you deposited and haven’t spent is yours: ask and we send it back in crypto (refund policy).
- Our public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies.
- A person answers support, at [email protected].
We don’t promise anonymity, and no honest host can: payments on most blockchains are public, and the law of each location applies to the servers in it. We don’t ignore abuse reports either: they are handled under our acceptable use policy, and transparency explains how.
What every server comes with
- KVM virtualisation and NVMe storage on every plan, with full root access.
- One IPv4 address, outbound port 25 open, and reverse DNS you set yourself.
- Always-on DDoS filtering for layer 3 and 4 floods, the same in every country, at no extra cost.
- Traffic that pools: the allowances of all your servers add up, and only outbound traffic counts.
- Fast delivery: a new server is usually ready within 15 minutes.
Pick from 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America on the locations page. The price is the same in all of them.
Promises we put in writing
Plenty of hosts say they care. We would rather write down what happens when something goes wrong:
- Uptime: a 99.99% monthly target per server, with credits of 10%, 25% or 50% when we miss it. Service level agreement.
- Support: a first reply from a person within 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Billing: if a bill is ever higher than the calculator showed for the same plan and hours, we refund the difference.
- Refunds: unspent cash credit on request, and the full price of a Keep or Forever Keep within 14 days.
- Forever Keep: if its location has to close, it moves to another of our countries, free.
- Changes: at least 30 days’ email notice before new terms that affect you take effect.
How we write about servers
Where our guides and tutorials give commands or measurements, we ran them on a real server first and show what we got. When something turns out wrong, we correct the page and update its date.
Who runs LiteKeep
LiteKeep is run by LITEKEEP DATAC LLC, registered in Panama (1445202122023). Write to [email protected] about anything, and to [email protected] to report abuse from one of our IP addresses.
See it for yourself.
A server costs cents an hour to try, and your first deposit is matched. Delete it any time and billing stops.
