How hourly billing works, in plain words.
Every rule is on this page before you pay.
Every started hour is charged from your balance at the plan’s hourly rate. One hour and one minute counts as two hours.
A month never costs more than the monthly price. When this month’s charges reach it, the rest of the month is free.
Stopped servers still count, because we keep their CPU, memory and disk reserved for you. Delete the server and billing stops at that hour.
Want it cheaper and set for a year? Keep it for a year and get up to two months free.

1. Create an account with an email address, a password and your country (for VAT). No name, no passport, no phone number.
2. Add funds from $20 in BNB, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, USDC, USDT, XRP or Monero (checked by hand). Each invoice shows one exact amount on one network, and the price holds for 30 minutes. A first deposit of $100 or more is matched 100% in bonus credit, up to $250; a smaller one gets +25%.

What is an offshore VPS?
A virtual private server in a country you choose, rather than where you live. You get your own slice of a physical machine with full root access, and you decide which country’s network and laws it sits under. More on offshore hosting.
Which Lite should I start with?
Lite 2 for a VPN, a small site or a bot. Lite 6 for most web apps. Lite 16 and up for builds, databases and anything memory-hungry. Hourly billing means a wrong guess costs you an hour, not a month.
How do I pay for a VPS with crypto?

Can I run Windows on a Lite?
Yes. Windows Server 2019, 2022 or 2025 runs on every Lite for a $4 a month licence, billed by the hour like the server. Windows VPS prices.
Can I host AI agents like OpenClaw?

How fast is my VPS ready?
Usually within 15 minutes of ordering. Billing starts when the server is ready, not when you pay, so the wait costs nothing.
Is there a minimum?
Your first top-up is at least $20, with 25% extra credit on it, or double if your first deposit is $100 or more (up to $250 bonus). Lite 2 costs at most $4 a month, so $100 doubled runs it for over four years.
What am I not allowed to run?
Spam, phishing, malware, botnets and child abuse material are shut down in every country. Crypto mining, nodes, Tor relays, proxies, VPNs, torrents and mail servers are allowed, within the law. Outbound port 25 is open. Read the acceptable use policy.
Does a Lite come with DDoS protection?
Yes. Every Lite has always-on network DDoS filtering for layer 3 and 4 floods, in every country, at no extra cost. What it covers.
Can I change plan later?
Deploy the new size, move your data, delete the old server. Because billing is hourly, the overlap costs you a few cents, and the old server stops billing the hour you delete it.
What if I need help?
Open a ticket from the console or email us. Our target is a first reply within 20 minutes, 24/7. Every server also has a web console, so a firewall mistake doesn’t lock you out.
