- Which coins can I pay with?
- Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, BNB, XRP or Monero. You top up a balance, and servers draw from it by the hour. How payments work.
- What is the smallest deposit?
- $20. A first deposit of $100 or more is matched in full as bonus credit, up to $250.
- Do you need my name or ID?
- No. An email address, a password and your country for VAT. Nothing else.
- How fast is a server ready?
- Usually ready within 15 minutes, in any of our 15 countries.
- Which country should I pick?
- The one closest to your users. Our location picker names the nearest of our countries for 26 cities.
- Can I get my money back?
- Unspent cash credit, yes, on request. A Keep or Forever Keep can be refunded in full within 14 days. Refund policy.

What to put in your email.
Write from the email on your account. It’s how we know the server is yours.
About a server: its name or IP address, what you expected, what happened instead, and when.
About a payment: the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction ID (TXID). How crypto payments work.
Reporting abuse: the IP address, the time with its time zone, and the evidence (headers, logs or URLs).
Leave out secrets: remove passwords and keys from any log you paste.
We will never ask for your password or your keys.
Not your account password, not your SSH private key, not your wallet seed phrase, and never a fee to recover a payment. Anyone asking for them is not us. Don’t send them, even if we’re helping you.
