Getting started
Add funds to your balance with crypto
Top up your LiteKeep balance in crypto: pick an amount and a coin, create an invoice, send the exact amount. Minimum deposit, invoice timing and the first-deposit bonus.

Open Billing, choose an amount (at least $20) and a coin under Add funds, and press Create invoice. Send exactly the amount shown to the address shown, on the network shown. Once the payment confirms, the money is in your balance, and your servers bill from it.
Step by step
- In the console, open Billing. The Add funds box is at the top.
- Pick $20, $50, $100 or $250, or type any amount in US dollars. The minimum is $20.
- Under Pay with, choose the coin and network you’ll send from. Have a promo code? Enter it in Promo code (optional).
- Press Create invoice. The invoice shows Send exactly, To this address, the network and a QR code.
- Send that exact amount from your wallet or exchange within 30 minutes, while the rate is held.
After you pay
You can close the page: we watch the blockchain, not your browser. The invoice moves from Payment seen to Confirming to Credited. How long that takes depends on the coin; see how long until a deposit is credited. Each credited deposit gets a receipt.
First-deposit bonus
At launch, a new customer’s first deposit gets bonus credit automatically: 100% extra on $100 or more (up to $250 of bonus), or 25% extra on $20 to $99.99 (up to $50). No code needed: the Add funds box tells you when an offer applies, and the bonus lands right after the deposit is credited. Details in deposit bonus.
Avoid the costly mistakes
- Send on the network the invoice names. USDT on TRON and USDT on Ethereum are different invoices.
- If your exchange takes its fee out of the amount, add the fee on top so the full amount arrives.
- Something went wrong anyway? See wrong amount, late, twice or on the wrong network.
If something goes wrong
- The invoice expired before you sent: create a new invoice rather than paying an expired one. If you already paid it, we keep watching for 72 hours and a person checks the payment.
- Less arrived than the invoice asked: we credit what arrived. Usually an exchange took its fee out of the amount.
- The amount is refused: it is under the $20 minimum.
- Sent on another network: read mistaken payments before doing anything else.
